The fall market is showing some clear trends across Wisconsin that matter here in the western region:

• Home sales were up more than 8 percent compared to last year in June, marking the first June increase in four years.
• Median prices climbed more than 4 percent, reaching around $340,000.
• New listings rose about 5 percent and total listings increased nearly 5 percent, yet supply in Western Wisconsin still sits at roughly four months, keeping this a seller’s market.
• Year to date through May, sales were down about 3 percent, while the median price rose nearly 7 percent to $315,000.
